Driving Without a License
Have you been stopped without a driving license?
This covers a great number of offences including driving while under-age, driving with a provisional license without a supervisor and L-plates and driving without a license at all. The punishment for doing so includes a fine up to £1000, up to 3-6 penalty points, and or disqualification.
Some people drive while being disqualified, this is a different offence to driving without a license and the driver in committing this offence runs the risk of imprisonment.
