Newly qualified solicitor, Jem Gova, this week visited students at Bishop Ramsey Church of England secondary school, Ruislip, to talk to them about developing their skills, experiences and confidence.
The presentation took place as part of Bryanston Square’s Unlock Programme to help young people unlock their potential, and covered topics such as work experience, inspiration, and career progression, through one to one sessions. The solicitor was joined by professionals from the cabinet office, a football club, and local businesses, to help give students as broad a representation of the world work as possible.
“The audience of young people we have spoken to today have been immensely positive – and responsive – to all of the talks,” said Jem Gova, Solicitor for The Sethi Partnership Solicitors. “We want young people to realise that there is a world of potential out there for them, and that when it comes to future career paths there is a wide range of options available. It was a huge honour to speak at this event and inspiring to see so many different aspirations in the room.”
We look forward to attending similar future events and lending all of the expertise we can to helping advise and inspire the next generation of young professionals. The Sethi Partnership solicitors is committed to giving back to the community, and you can read more about our latest activities here.
