The Sethi Partnership Solicitors has been awarded full Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation, meaning that the Firm meets the Government-endorsed standard for cyber security.
Nearly half of all UK businesses have reported some form of cyber breach or attack within the past twelve months – digital risks are growing and this is an issue that the practice takes very seriously with regard to the protection of our clients and our data.
The Cyber Essentials scheme is Government backed, and since October 2014 it has been mandatory for suppliers of government contracts that involve handling personal information, or providing ICT products and services, be checked in this way. It also provides a wider framework for businesses looking to take their cyber security seriously, and provides independent assurance that you have the correct procedures in place.
This represents a further step being taken by the firm to ensure that as we continue in our current period of expansion we are taking every step necessary to ensure the highest possible level of service and care to our clients.
