Senior Partner Receives Third Awards Nomination of the Year, for ‘woman of the Year 2017’

Senior Partner and Solicitor, Ritu Sethi, received her third awards nomination of the year, as she was shortlisted for Woman of the Year at the British Asian Achievers Awards 2017. It represents another accolade in what has been a hugely successful year for the entire firm.

“I am delighted to have been nominated for a British Asian Achievers Award,” said Ritu Sethi, Senior Partner and Solicitor for The Sethi Partnership Solicitors. “This represents the sixth awards nomination that the firm has received this year, across a range of different sectors, and demonstrates the success of the team. We have taken a conscious decision to provide an outstanding service to our clients.”

“I am particularly passionate about shining a torch on women working in business, including both today’s leaders and the stars of the future. Having seen the amount of recognition coming into the firm, I am happy that we are at least beginning, more generally, to see a greater acknowledgement of female talent in law and wider business.”

The British Asian Achievers Awards (also known as the BAAs) are a set of awards presented annually by Jagatwani to honour Asian entrepreneurs, industrialists and professionals in the United Kingdom. The event will acknowledge the efforts of organizations and individuals and be attended by leading industrialists, politicians, and people from elite business houses and media. They have even received recognition from the UK Prime Minister, Theresa May, who has sent a letter of appreciation to the event organisers.

This year Ritu Sethi has also been shortlisted at the British Indian Awards and the HSBC Forward Ladies National Awards 2017, while The Sethi Partnership Solicitors itself has also received shortlisting for Conveyancing and Rising Star Awards.
