Sethi Scores a Hat-trick: Shortlisted for Three Awards

The Sethi Partnership Solicitors has received three awards nominations in May and June, following a period of expansion during the first part of the year. The partnership has been nominated for Best in Legal Services at The British Indian Awards (BIA) 2017 as well as Property Team of the Year and Conveyancing Firm of the Year, South, at the Modern Conveyancing Awards 2017.

Speaking about the nominations, Ritu Sethi, Senior Partner/Solicitor for The Sethi Partnership Solicitors, said: “This recognition reflects the hard work and dedication shown over the first part of 2017 by the entire team, which has expanded to include new people and new sectors. We aim to build on this period of expansion both organically and by making further investment into our staff and client service offering.”

The firm has experienced a sharp increase in enquiries in recent months, and reports a 67% growth in monthly visits to its website since the start of the year. Originally founded in Eastcote in 1994, the team provides City-firm standard law services at suburban prices, serving the local community as well as the wider London area.

The British Indian Awards recognise the success and achievements of Britain’s Indian individuals, communities and business people, while the Modern Conveyancing Awards were created in 2016 to celebrate talent, success and innovation specifically in the conveyancing sector of the law industry. “It is an honour to be shortlisted particularly for dual awards in the Modern Conveyancing Awards,” added Sethi. “To have been shortlisted for both Property Team of the year and Conveyancing Firm of the year, with such tough competition in the sector, reflects the excellence that the firm has demonstrated in this important area of the law industry.”

The Sethi Partnership Solicitors has taken significant steps in recent months in order to expand its Conveyancing Team to cope with growing demand. You can find out more about all of our residential and commercial conveyancing services here.
