“Thank you ever so much for all you have done for us… we both knew from first meeting you that you would have our backs. You have done an awful lot for us… keeping counsel and a level-head when both myself and Nikki were having difficulties with the estate agent, and taking us through the wood to the trees.” – Jackie and Nikki

“Dear Malcolm, I just wanted to write and say what a fantastic job you did in respect of my Father’s estate. I cannot thank you enough for hanging in there despite such adversity. Many wouldn’t have. You are a true professional and gentleman. I will always think of you as my Guardian Angel sent from Dad.” – A Very Satisfied Client

“Thank you for the efficient and friendly manner in which you handled my late Aunt’s Will and estate matters. You have made a sometimes difficult and frustrating issue seem easy!” – Mr and Mrs B Leighton

"This is a very brief but heartfelt note to thank you for all the work you have done for me during the probate process following my aunt’s death and subsequent sale that completed on Friday. Everything went very smoothly and I feel a great weight of responsibility has been lifted from my shoulders. I know there is work still to do in settling the final IHT account but I cannot emphasise how much I have appreciated your professionalism and support throughout the whole process" - Vincent Spooner - February 2020
