Shreeti has specialised in family law since completing her training with a niche firm in Holborn. She joined The Sethi Partnership in 1996 and was appointed as Partner in 1998.

Shreeti advises on all issues relating to the breakdown of a relationship where parties are (or have been) married, in a civil partnership or cohabiting. She deals with; divorce, dissolution, separation, nullity, financial matters arising from a relationship breakdown, pre/post nuptial agreements, applications for declaration of marital status, cohabitation and separation agreements, injunctions, freezing orders, trusts of land claims and child arrangements.

With a particular interest in financial proceedings, Shreeti has a wealth of experience in complex and high net worth cases. She also has vast experience in cases involving overseas assets and interveners.

As well as providing advice to high net worth individuals , she also provides pro bono advice at the Harrow Women’s Centre and Harrow Citizens Advice Bureau, Shreeti is also the Solicitors Representative for the Harrow Women’s Centre. Shreeti is fluent in Gujarati.
